I find the hat so alarming I find myself gazing at his torso.

Actually I do that even when he is not wearing a hat.

Does it? I dunno, I just like that House is smiling, and that the smile is directed at and caused by Wilson.

I would prefer if the hat were a headband, but I will take this nevertheless.
