Today marks the -- well, in less than an hour, marked the -- birth date of my beloved synn. I'm still bereft that we are so far apart, but I have been thinking of you.

And if memory serves, it is also purridot's birthday. A happy happy one to you as well!

(Worked 9 straight hours today and went to a networking thing after. Good news: Our team of total strangers came in second place in a trivia contest and won some Lindor truffles and astronaut ice cream. Bad news: Just home now and never made it to the supermarket. Is after bedtime. Gah.)

Thanks for the birthday wishes, sweetie! I ate many cupcakes but did very little Latin (as it should be on such occasions).
