Date: Jun. 20th, 2012 08:00 am (UTC)*grins* Good luck with that; I really haven't been very meta-discussion-ish lately (as evidenced by the fact that I ended up pulling out of the gen discussion at my LJ/DW, even though it was interesting and people were perfectly well behaved; I just ran out of discussion mojo or something).
Anyway, though, thanks for the con write-up! :) These do sound like some very interesting panels and discussion. I'm particularly interested in the intersection of pseudonymy and anonymity, because it seems like anon is the new pseudonymous -- that is, some 10-15 years ago, most people used their real names in fandom, and then slowly it shifted to pseuds, and now it seems like in certain areas it's shifting anon and I find that a really interesting change (if somewhat anathemical to my own fanning style). It is very intriguing to see these norms shift and change over time.
