I don't know this movie, but this vid was charming as hell.

This was really beautiful--the cutting was so fluid. I especially liked the use of continued motion (?) when the heroine (?) was flying around in the intro to the vid. (I have not seen the movie.)

This is ridiculous and remarkably cheering! I like the song a lot.

I'm so glad you found it so. I was hoping the vid would do something for all the people at the con who wouldn't be familiar with the movie, and tried extra hard to make the basic plot/character growth very clear for that reason. <3

Hooray! Kids' movies can be so uplifting to work with. And I do love that song so much; it was a treat to finally use it in a vid.

Thank you! Yep, that's the little fairy heroine flying around - I chopped up two sequences to get that opening, and rejiggered a bit until the motions felt right. And I'm so glad you enjoyed the flow - I really wanted the cutting to feel organic and not tied to the beats too closely (while still ebbing and flowing to the song and reflecting the lyrics, just not every lyric), so it's very satisfying to hear that that worked for you.
