Date: Sep. 12th, 2018 05:44 pm (UTC)We used to do a con in Tulsa, and I still remember one time when we went out to dinner at a Cheddar's at the mall. In the hour and a half it took for us to eat, we saw TWO families that weren't white -- one black and one Subcontinental Asian. I recall thinking "Where IS everybody?" IIRC, even the servers were mostly white. It felt freaky as shit.
