Life continues busy, mostly happily. Have catch-up and beta-ing to do. But in the meantime, this meme's making the rounds again, and I keep meaning to do it, so here we go.

Yes, we did! I especially love Interview with the Vampire, even if Tom Cruise was in it. That movie was really something. Though, in terms of vampire movies, I enjoyed Bram Stoker's Dracula more. It was darker, more sinister and incredibly sad all at once.

I was very disappointed with both movies the first time (and Queen of the Damned), but they've grown on me with time. IWTV is lush and pretty, and what I remember of Bram Stoker's Dracula is definitely dark and depraved-sexy the way the story should be.

Oh, and Gary Oldman's character in Leon was Norman Stansfield.

Argh Queen of the Damned. That was so... lol. I didn't enjoy that movie at all. I've only seen it once so maybe I need to see it again. But my first impression when I saw it was, "This is like every other over the top vampire movie I've seen". It lacked the atmosphere and substance that IWTV did.

OH. Yes. That's right. Norman Stansfield.
