Okay, that was my favorite House/Wilson dream. (Remember a couple of months ago when I said I'd never had a dream with House in it, and then I started having a bunch?) Woke up at 7 a.m. to it and am not in the least bit sorry.

I'd post this to house_wilson except (a) I just posted one there last Friday and (b) I think I want to turn this into a fic, so you get the treat this time.
