No vid for you
Jun. 25th, 2010 03:59 pmOh, #$%&!* -- Vividcon premieres are due midnight tonight, not midnight tomorrow night. So the post I was just going to make about how there's still a chance, albeit a slim one, that I might get this vid done in time is now a post about how it's not going to happen.
Sigh. Disappointing, but I'm not torn up about it. I would rather not send a vid than send a mediocre vid, and the reason it's not done is that I was being good these last few weeks and doing my work.
I suppose I could skip fangirl Farscape Friday and try to hash this thing out, but I might be too lazy. Besides, how much would it suck to actually finish it in time only to find that I couldn't get LlamaEnc (Vividcon's EZ encoding software) to work? I'm already fighting Premiere over limited working memory and the number of clips this vid involves.
.
On the brighter side, had an awesome weekend last weekend;
synn came, and
con_txt happened. Will write something up soon. Possibly even sooner than expected, if tomorrow's not going to be All Vidding, All Day as planned until 10 minutes ago.
