An earful after all.
Feb. 20th, 2006 09:38 pmThere you have it, kids: canonical proof that Wilson is God.
The gist of it was:
Wilson, over the mic: THIS IS THE VOICE OF GOD.
House, in the scanner: I can't talk now, it'll screw up the MRI. Can you do Thursday?
Wilson: CAN'T. I HAVE A PLAGUE. HOW ABOUT FRIDAY?
As suspected, despite warranting mention in one of the two lines in this week's preview, Wilson appeared but sparingly, and with little of the brilliance of the past two episodes. However, we had God Voice, and a suggestive segue from House to Wilson while Ryan Adams crooned about "Desire," and Wilson understanding his friend all too well again, for which all he got was a cane-smack in the leg. I swear House all but asked him to "Take the pain away." But who’s the one House pulls his pants down in front of? Not Wilson. Damn you.
And hey! Since when does House get to propose paraneoplastic syndrome when that's been Wilson's song for two seasons? Steal his thunder, make him hunt for the cancer -- P.S. look, Wilson sometimes performs medical procedures in his capacity as the Chief of Oncology --, and for what?
...None of you even watch "House," do you? At least not on U.S. schedule. Guess I'll shut up now.

(I'll never be as good at that as Lucius Malfoy is in the films.)
But hey, the "I've been lying to you in increasing amounts" episode was on last week, which made me so very very happy. :)
