Hey, this sounds like fun. Cool. :) Nice idea.

So it's just a random memory every day of January?

Yup. Some people read mine and then thought of one that related to it somehow; others just posted whatever, whenever.

Ooh. I'm totally in.

By the way, did you ever find out what a baby turkey is called? If not -- it's a poult.

I know! It was towards the end of this whole project that you announced your engagement, and now look at you.

Yeah, I really need to post about things that aren't House. Just haven't had much else of interest to say lately.

I'll email you.

Just to say I'm interested in hearing more about this. Did people mostly post in their own journals or in yours? I'm borderline on the idea of participating, but I'll definitely be reading :)

Cool. It'd be great to have you, but of course you're welcome to lurk or comment without posting any memories of your own.

I believe only two people posted in their own journals and linked from here -- [livejournal.com profile] synn for privacy and [livejournal.com profile] pynelyf for length.

Time permitting, I'll do another brief post about the project this week.

Hello! I'm quite keen to do this for my own reasons, but I was just wondering if you'd mind me pimping in my journal? I intend to lock down my posts to any of my friends who might be participating, so I'd like to know who they might be - I don't know if you see that as a problem, but I hope not :)

That was locking, btw, not the pimping - I wouldn't do that without asking!

Sure, you can "advertise" on your journal -- I'm thrilled you're interested enough. I'd like to do that explanatory post tonight or tomorrow morning for people who weren't around for the first one. Don't know if you'd want to wait till that's up and link to it, or just do your thing (as House would say) and link to this, or something else. And yes, locking any and all memories you want to share is perfectly fine, whether for your own comfort or to protect people mentioned in them, which is one of the points I'll make in that post.

Did that answer your question(s)? I'm very sleepy and may have missed or misinterpreted something.

Cool, thanks. I was getting a bit antsy about how little time there was, forgetting, of course, that I have at least half a day on you, time-wise XD
