I'm a little distracted by the return of House's season one red shirt. And he has on grown-up people shoes instead of gaudy sneakers.

Ah, that's what looked off about his feet! His pants are too long for those shoes, too, I think. And is it not a strangely tailored coat? (I was watching Project Runway last night; I couldn't help noticing.)

House appears to be wearing Hugh Laurie's clothes, except for the red shirt. It almost looks like they called Hugh in on his day off and said, "Quick! Pose!"

The collar may be sort of turned up on the coat, at least on one side, but it does sit on his shoulders like it's not fully pulled on.

Also? The way HL is standing, he's not House. It's very possible this is a candid shot between takes or something...

That is a very HL smile, too. You can about count the number of times House has had an open-mouth smile on one hand.

It may be like that supposed promo photo of Cuddy and House at the piano in "All In" that got everyone all worked up and then turned out to have been posed. I'll be very disappointed if it is, because it's such a cute photo.

I think you're right about it being a posed photo for promo purposes only. Still -- it is a thing of beauty, like the pre-season 4 photo of them smiling and kicking back in Wilson's office. I hope the antlers show up in the ep in some capacity, although if they don't, we'll still always have Paris this photo.

Actually, I think the "red shirt" is a scarf. I think he's wearing the same clothes as in this cast photo: http://i1.tinypic.com/8abhjkk.jpg. (RSL definitely has the same tie on in both photos.)
